Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period has expired.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization code. Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process:

To process your return, we require proof of purchase and the authorization code clearly written on the return packaging. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

 

Reasons for Rejected Returns

  1. Used Products with No Damage:  Products that have been used but show no manufacturing defects or functional issues cannot be returned. Returns are accepted only for unused items or those with valid defects.

  2. Heavily Used Products:  Items showing extensive wear and tear beyond what is expected for their intended purpose may not qualify for returns. Such usage indicates the product was not returned promptly after discovering an issue.

  3. Abused Products:  Products displaying signs of misuse or handling contrary to their care instructions will not be accepted. Abuse includes improper use that voids any warranty or return policy.

  4. Intentionally Abused Products:  Items that have been deliberately damaged or altered to appear defective will not be eligible for returns. Evidence of intentional harm invalidates the return policy.

  5. Removed or Altered Labels:  Returns will be rejected if original tags, labels, or barcodes have been removed, altered, or tampered with. These components are required to verify authenticity and eligibility for return.
